With most of the bowl games done, and only a few more to go — it's time to take a look at our Second Mock NFL Draft of the season.
In the last seven days, Jake Long (OT, Michigan) and Sam Baker (OT, USC) re-confirmed that both will be staying in school for their senior seasons. Mike Hart (RB, Michigan) and Chad Henne (QB, Michigan) did the same.
Of the juniors listed below, several have yet to announce whether they will be leaving school early. Among the stars, Calvin Johnson, Adrian Peterson and Brian Brohm have not declared. So, as always, the player pool is subject to change.
Most important to keep in mind, though, is the fact that the NFL Draft Combine doesn't occur until late February.
We've got IQ tests, 40-yard dashes, and plenty of hours watching the NFL Network live from Indianapolis up ahead. A wideout from a tiny school is going to run a 4.2 40, a big-time running back is going to stumble in with a 4.6, and a prominent player is going to flunk the Wonderlic. Happens every year.
Finally, the draft order below is not final either. The playoffs play a role in final draft positions.
All that said, here's my top 32 if the NFL Draft were to occur tomorrow.
